La Fresa
This deceptively mild looking cocktail hides a wicked kick but is still full of the deliciously full flavours of aged rum, fresh citrus and fruity strawberries.

35ml Anejo Rum

20ml Sugar Syrup

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

50ml Strawberry Puree

Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry wedge and a sprig of basil.
